Handler, MD is a fellowship trained geneal cosmetic sugeon.  During his fellowship, Dr. Handler performed over 600 cases which comprised body and facial cosmetic sugery.  Dr. Handler is curently in part time practice with Dr. Jacob Haiavy and Dr. Irene Tower at  Inland Cosmetic Surgery while he builds his practice in the Bay Area.  He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
